The Pit Room in Houston for lunch today. Pork ribs, brisket taco, elote, and these delicious housemade habanero pickles.

I take it you dropped it in the shower? Why the coffe? Smoked pork tenderloins. Salt, pepper, granulated onion, and garlic and smoked habanero flakes. 3 hour low smoke Twice smoked butt with NC mustard / pale ale sauce made into pizza for the crew at my local pizza/ brewpub. Lots of compliments.

Shaved Italian Prosciutto and imported sliced mozzarella on a fresh crunchy Ciabatta roll with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and spinach leaves, then toasted.
Um, um, good!

Doing the Mississippi Roast thing with a hunk of pork butt I had in the freezer for sandwiches for dinner. Smells pretty damn good and was extra, extra easy. Did a quick pickle on some red onions and will throw some spicy mayo and provolone on the sandwich as well.
Coleslaw and fries for a side. |
