Chicken chimichangas turned to chicken hard shell tacos. Happy taco day! Need to get the Taco John's app, I guess they had a free taco all week.

Stuffed Peppers with Italian green salad. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing spices into some virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar.
Dressing is not on the salad yet.

Chinese Night — Last night's dinner, Sunday.
Pork Stir Fry
Sliced Pork Loin, Onions, Red Pepper, Carrots, Broccoli, Spinach, Cabbage and Edamame. Garlic, Red Curry Paste, Grated Ginger, Hoison and Oyster Sauce,* topped with raw scallions at end. Tamari to taste per person once served. Choice of Rice Noodles which you can see underneath on the right. Or brown rice which is on the right. Had to use up some vegetables that would be walking out my front door if left in fridge too long. * Couldn't find my Fish Sauce until today or would have added it over the Oyster Sauce. EDIT: Forgot to say—I used toasted sesame oil which gives a nice flavor.

Red beams and rice. And I had some actual tasso, so that was nice.

Speaking of beans.
Pork n' Beans homemade slow cooking, because the pork chops I've gotten lately at Publix have been tough. So I braised it on the stove top in tomato sauce. Actually that's one thick porkchop that broke up sitting on top. Added some white Great Northern Beans and bits of green pepper about half-hour before removing from stove.
