*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

5 pages? Do you people have your posts-per-page set at 2 or something like that?

A side argument about defense and a tweet about Eli Rogers. That's ****ing it.

It's a ****ing megathread, guys. That's why these things ****ing suck AIDS. They are BOUND to get derailed. It's their nature. Quit blaming people for doing something that the very thread's existence is bound to do at some point.

I'm at 80 ppp.

And they get derailed through conversation. He's making a post that doesn't even go along with that. Just out of the blue. That's my problem with it.

Again, no matter how much better other pieces may play, the defense would always have been better with Peters along side them. They downgraded in that DB slot.

You can argue whatever you want. What you can't argue is that David Amerson is an upgrade to Marcus Peters. And Fuller has a lot to prove.
They won't need those turnovers if they can force more punts. I think they will. I'm especially hopeful that a team like the Steelers won't be able to dominate time of possession by eating up 8 yds per carry. That is what cost them the last two playoff games.

The D was substantially better in the 2nd half of last season when Sutton made a few tweaks, played Ragland more, etc. The 2nd half of the playoff game was brutal, but largely due to Jones leaving the game.

I think the defense (and Sutton's ability) is being underrated.

Haha yeah I could have gone that route but I was more wondering why the hell he has is set so low than knowing the exact number. I guess it loads quicker? Considering the amount of new pages you need to load I don't see how it is an advantage.

Now when my students ask when the will use math I can say when you are on a message board and want to know what the hell the other posters are doing.

That makes sense. Perhaps we need to run a campaign educating the users on the options.

I had zero idea it was adjustable. Then again, I'm very unfamiliar with forums anyway. This is one of only 3 I've ever been active on

I think that management determined that Peter's turnovers were offset by a)his refusal to tackle and b) his toxic meltdowns. Talented player, but you can't deny that he was not a "team" guy. So if Fuller has a few less picks, but a lot more stops I'm good with that.
