It’s garbage. I ate there some in college (10+years ago). And you could find things on the menu that weren’t horrible. Wife wanted to eat there last year and it was a joke.

Not central to your point, but one should never 'store away' anything Breville.

Everything I have from Breville is a modern wonder.

My present holy grail is this

But I'm a lottery win or two away from justifying $1,800 for a single cooktop.

Tonight I'm going to Fogo de Chao to have dinner with a buddy I went to high school with back in New Jersey. All you can eat Brazilian Churrascaria for only $44 not including drinks or desert. Food is great here.

https://fogodechao.com/location/scottsdale

Going to have a LOT of red meat along with red wine and a nice martini to start!

Been thinking about this for months.....

Charcoal grilled 80/20 S&P seasoned burgers and Nathan hot dogs. Traditional toppings.

Roasted red and yellow potatoes with usual S&P, minced garlic, dill, olive oil

Cucumber, onion, tomato salad with vinegar, sugar, S&P, olive oil, mexican oregano

And I will probably have some grapes as well

Buns pressed in Cuisinart panini press. I find the bun holds up better with a med-rare burger that way. Topped with mayo, ketchup, mustard, cucumber, tomato, onion and lettuce. Hand formed patty

Okay, some say it's really of Ukrainian origin but the Russians, Poles and all those slavic countries make borscht. They're all slavic countries anyway. So it's still a Russian dish.

It wasn't enough for dinner, but more an appetizer, so I figured I'd serve Russian blinis for the main course. I know beef stroganoff is a well-known Russian meal, so I decided to make mine stuffed with beef stroganoff ground beef inside with the usual sour cream mushroom sauce. The beef has minced onions and mushrooms and some of the mushroom sauce. Blinis are really thin pancakes...and eggy.

The Russians use a lot of sour cream and mayo in their foods. Then top just about everything off with dill. I love dill myself. I forgot the sour cream on first pics but added it on the close-up shot when I finally remembered it.

Oh and a shot of Stolichnaya Vodka. Yah!
That looks incredible, give me the big gnarly fork on the left
