I went ahead and got Fallout 4. Thought I'd give it a try.

Just got a new PC, hopefully it will run the game alright.

Ryzen 5 5500 3.6 ghtz, 6 core and a Radeon RX 6500 XT GPU.

Nice.

It will have no prob running FO4. I'm struggling to get into 3, just hard to do. The gunplay sucks ass, have to use VATS, and I find the conversation strings tedious.

Coming off of 7 Days to Die where you talk to no one, that might be my problem.

It doesn't seem to have a problem running it.

This is only the second RPG I've tried. Tried Valheim a couple yrs ago and just couldn't get into it. I'm getting the hang of it in FO4. I've already got myself some armor with a mini gun. FPS were always my favorite but it's been several years since I out any time into playing. Pretty sure I'm going to waste a lot of time playing FO4.

Very much worth watching and I don't play video games. Walter Goggins made it a cant miss for me and it didn't disappoint.

It didn't make me go out and buy the game and learn to play. I'm to damn old for that.

I hate how they turned Vaut-tec from evil but just somewhat incompetent to evil and absolute morons.

Though with good writing they can make Mr. House how he is in New Vegas as morally grey but very smart.

I got about 30 hours into 3 before I bounced off for much the same reason.

I loved when it came out. I wanted to play through it again and would have sooner if not for stupid games for windows legacy nonsense.

Still 30 hours for 4.99 off steam isn't bad.

Steam is a goldmine for deals. When the sales go on you can purchase hundreds of hour of entertainment for a few dollars.

I purchased Left 4 Dead 2 for my oldest kids at 1.99 and we have played for hundreds of hours together the last 8 years.

Well, I got the wife to watch the first episode. She's never played this or any other video game, and seemed to really enjoy it.

Finished this one last night and was very impressed. There were some silly inconsistencies but overall it was great. Never played the game. My biggest complaint is that we never got to see Goosie's boobs and the ghoul didn't eat her finger after he cut it off.

Two questions:

Spoiler!

I'm gonna start watching this tonight when I get home. If it really hooks me I'll probably end up bingeing it.

Valheim kicks ass. It's gone thru a few updates and they've expanded the world quite a bit. And yet those mosquitoes still kick my ass whenever I run into them.
