It looks like Carr might be beginning his semi-annual meltdown already, so in spite of all the issues KC has at WR/RB/OL, I think the Chiefs will win this one.

Just don't bet the spread. KC probably won't cover the 5.5 points. Actually, based on KC's history ATS greater than 3.0 since the 2021 season, it's basically a certainty that NOR will cover.

Went to F325 BBQ tonight. Reasonably good brisket. They had a live blues band playing which definitely made it more memorable.

Is it bad I enjoyed the band better than the Q? There was nothing wrong with the meats, but nothing to really write home about either.

Come on, K.C., this was supposed to be one of the top 10 BBQ joints. I was sorta expecting it to blow my socks off. *sigh*

An interesting fact ahead of the game.

They played Bryce Young's Carolina at home

Dak Prescott's Dallas on the road

Jaylen Hurts's Philly at home

Kirk Cousins's Atlanta on the road

Notice a pattern? OK I'll tell you. Monday's game will be the first game they've played this season that's not in a dome. It's also the first stand alone game for them too.

It may mean absolutely nothing in the end. But when you're used to playing in domes and on Sundays with everyone else. Monday is definitely gonna feel a little different.

This is the game we either break out on offense or our luck runs out. it’s a blowout or we lose.

Have you watched the chiefs recently? We don’t blow out teams.

Interesting point in the season

Mahomes has looked awful for his standards
The O-Line has been getting pushed around for the amount of talent that's been invested there
Injuries are mounting
Saints aren't a pushover team

Do we overcome or is this the game where the feather breaks the camels back?

Report from MCI: many Saints fans deplaning on my outbound flight to Phoenix. Easily recognizable:

1/3 people in wheel chairs
Bewildered at how far they have to walk to get through gate B

"By his standards". So yes? He DID NOT say Pat was awful. Some simpleton cried about a similar thing before.
