hes got a talent for it. He started his own pop up oyster bar business with his own Reciepes while he’s in college instead of working crap jobs to pay for gas, dates etc.

Everone wanted McDonalds except me and my vote got canceled out. I got the new 1/4 pounder with cheese the one they supposedly grill fresh. They give you this big ass white napkin advertising this fresh hot and juicy burger. The problem is at least mine was its luke warm at best and not juicy didn't even need the napkin. Honestly I couldn't tell the difference from the old one.

Surf and turf. Grilled ribeye and steamed seafood
Made a potato/onion/red pepper hash an some veggies. This was for 8 people so it wasn’t as much seafood as it looked like. Cherry stone clams, lobster tails, snow crab, and gulf shrimp. I ate some more seafood but that’s all that would fit on my plate for a plate pic |

Fired up the smoker on the cheap. Two 2"rib-eyes, two 2" strip steaks and a whole marinated flank steak folded into a brick. $5.99lb. Pork back ribs $1.77lb
Thin sliced all the beef for loading up tortillas during the week and had the ribs for dinner.

$5.99 that's a nice price for a flank. They gouge the living shit out of you here for that.

haven't posted in here in a bit, but am pondering something different.
the father in law gave me this huge butternut pumpkin. i don't cook as much of it as most aussies, but this is my idea. sheppard's pie aussie style. diced lamb and sweet potato with some sort of small veggie, topped with mashed pumpkin. will use rosemary and mint seasoning on the lamb cubes, and tons of garlic. the pie crust will be homemade too. the only problem is my work schedule is impeding me from serving this before 10 pm.
