I have lived through every minute of this team's history at QB.

What I am telling you is that should Mahomes play like Favre, he will have the talent to get this team to the playoffs every year, and to command that big contract that eats u 20% of this team's cap space, which will make it extremely difficult for this team to build a defense that would be able to overcome the bonehead plays.

Brett Favre was overrated idiot.

So who do you want then? Because yeah, Favre was reckless, but what’s the alternative in your mind? As comparable as I believe their playing styles are, odds are Mahomes is not going to be what Rodgers currently is.

There’s no guarantee that he won’t be a lot worse than Favre right now (although I don’t expect it).

I'll take a cross of Rodgers and Russel Wilson.

I don't know that he'll ever be as good in the pocket as Rodgers, but I think he can be every bit as good outside the pocket.

I do think he can be as good, or slightly better, in the pocket as Wilson, which is plenty good enough.

He would never achieve that again as he grew more confident and more boneheaded.
