Wanted to do a little Mexican (that’s what she said), so I went grilled shrimp tacos and made ceviche with shrimp/tilapia, cucumber, onion , tomato, and lime juice. Also roasted some corn and did a corn/bean/pepper relish to go with the tacos.

KFC Original Recipe family bucket, mashed with gravy, corn cob, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, green beans, biscuit with real butter and honey. Doused my chicken with KFC hot sauce.
