I think Dillons steams them when I eat them while I shop. (Just wish I had clarified butter)
I have always just boiled them at home, but I haven't done that for a couple years. Lobster sounds good.

Any Easter dinner plans? I just salted a 3-bone prime rib for Sunday. Will cover in coarse pepper and slow roast.

I think we are doing a typical BBQ for Easter. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork and hot links with all the fixins

the father in law won a meat tray from the raffles at the bowlies and gave it to us. it consists of lamb chops, minute steak, snags and rissoles. will be cooking it up with mashed veggies (potato, carrot, pumpkin, and broccoli)w/gravy, and sweet corn kernels tonight. then tomorrow gonna do a maple, honey, and pineapple glazed ham for easter sunday
a short documentary on the history of the 'meat tray' for those interested

The other day I had Mainifornia burritos. Par boiled Maine lobster chunks I caught/froze last season were deep fried, French fries, avocado, beans, salsa in homemade tortillas. Pretty good.
The only way I do lobster tails is split then on the charcoal grill. |

Kinda quirky on my pizza as I get older. Detroit style pizza has become my favorite. To find a good one can be challenging.

I just popped some Swiss steak in the oven. I haven’t had that in ages.
