had to google, but
!!!!!!! went more traditional tonight tho... chicken fried steak, mashed tators (always skin on), mushroom and onion gravy, corn on the cob. 9.5/10 getting really good at the hard crunchy deep fry without over cooking

Just last week I bought a bunch of shit from them. 4 day different kinds of raisins, figs, nuts, dried cherries... they’re great. Wife is making oatmeal raisin cookies today, and I’m making a raisin bread pudding. |

Sick as a dog today so went with something easy...
Just plugged the crockpot in with a 3.5 pound chuck roast, beef broth, can of tomatoes, garlic, dash of sriracha, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and bay leaf in it... in a few hours I'll add potatoes, green peppers, onion and carrots |

Plain Ole' family-style meal.
Pork Chop infused with a sage-thyme sauce, sweet potato with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, fresh organic steamed broccoli in cheese sauce. I leftover cheese sauce from the fettucine alfredo I made the other night. Didn't want to waste it. Served with a garden salad.

Bought some nice roast beef at the store the other day. Gonna do open faced roast beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy tonight. Haven't had that in a long while.
