I’m doing a couple types of pizza today. Doing a white pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, and sautéed mushrooms. And I’m also making some homemade Italian sausage for a more traditional sausage and cheese.

I have some boneless country style pork ribs in the slow cooker now. Probably have that with some baked beans and zucchini, squash and onions. I was going to do pizza tomorrow if I get off my butt and make the dough.
