Had almost identical for breakfast, just not as artful.
julienne red potato [getting rid of those I bought for St Patty's.] sliced yellow onion browned in bacon fat 2 egg over easy 3 slice ground sausage patty. - ketchup on hash, Tabasco on eggs. |
