Went with the $1/lb corned beef brisket flat and brussels sprouts salt to season and cold beer
Thinking about shredding the meat and add some cabbage, onion, and carrot and try to make a bierocks or a rueben bierocks Have four more briskets frozen i can make up if they turn out decent.
