He almost got Campbell to take an offer that was $1M per year less than what he could've gotten in Jax. There are still other guys out there.

Denver has really lost their luster. Its a given jax would have to pay more to lure a player than pretty much any team in the league. In the past players signed in Denver for less but not anymore.

Love the angle, and I'd do that too... but $6M more in guaranteed and no state income tax is a pretty compelling piece.

Things can change in the NFL for sure, but some things are pretty consistent.

3, 5, 3, 4, 2, 5, 7, 7, 5... wins for Jax since 2007. Since 2000, they've had 3 seasons over .500
