They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Agree 100%!
Just imagine a decent deep ball tracker (with speed) and this team would be in business.

It really was just a catastrophic effort for the Chiefs offense to be this "bad" this year. They won't do it, but there's just no way even this group could be this bad again next year if you ran it back.

I'm still hoping that Rice will take juju's production and we get Hardman in sink on just a few deep passes and become close to last year's playoff offense.

Skyy being out, Toney being out, MVS going down to 41% of snaps has REALLY helped this team out. Now Mecole needs to start to look up because, you know, that's where the BALL IS.

Rice has exceeded JuJu. What are you talking about?

Hardman is better short and intermediate, has better hands and can beat man coverage. He just can't read a deep ball to save his life, which the Chiefs desperately need.

MVS struggles to get open short and intermediate, often runs the wrong combo routes, and has terrible hands. He struggles against man coverage and isn't consistently open deep like he used to be. He also won't ever fight for the ball.

Both have shown they will give up on routes.

I'd still go with Hardman over MVS. It's his biggest weakness and if it hasn't been corrected by now then it never will be. I'd go Watson over MVS, who is very similar to MVS but is probably more consistent with his routes.

I don't think is better at anything, to be honest. There is a reason he couldn't get on the field with the Jets. His speed is still something to account for, but he's just a gimmick player really.

Thielen sounds like he really wants to play for a winner. I wonder if we can flip them a late round pick and work with that contract a little bit to get him on board. I would want to still add another solid vet and high draft pick but adding him into the WR room would be a plus if done cheap enough.

I said the same thing to my brother during the game. The Chiefs offense is completely different now that they have stopped trying to force the ball to Toney/MVS/Moore.

We are dangerous again.

Skyy needs to stay inactive. He adds absolutely nothing.

I just don't think we can beat all these good teams that remain in the playoffs without some WR other than Rice catching some deep balls -- whether that's Hardman or MVS or Watson. We're going to get a lot of tight coverages by good defenses. We're going to have to beat someone over the top.

Keep taking the shots, Pat.
