Let’s talk about the Texans

It’s official

Let’s discuss the impending beatdown by our favorite team (the Chiefs)

Or, if you really want the thrill of the game, go to a Houston sports bar and watch it there by yourself surrounded by Texans fans. That'll give you the edge you want.
I'm in the Houston metro area and I'm watching from home. Given the Saturday weather forecast for the KC area, no thanks!

FWIW, Houston's John McClain has picked the Chiefs to win...which is a bit of a surprise, BUT I've met him and in addition to knowing football better than just about anyone I've ever met, he's a really nice guy!

If we win AND Baltimore somehow loses, I may look into going to the AFCCG again. The Baltimore part is a pretty goddamn big "if" though.

Of course, so was Miami beating New England.

There. I just explained the matchup. You’re welcome.
Texans dont suck. Cincy sucks and they still won 2 games. This will not be a cake walk. Watson can make plays, Not enough to beat us but will lift the team above the "suck" level.

Skip Bayless picked Tennessee. Not sure if that’s good though.

Just for shits and giggles I was looking at tickets for this game and I found one seat in section 24 row 1 seat 12 which is directly on the 50 yard line for a mere $500.00. Probably the best seat in the house.

John McClain has been covering NFL football in Houston (Oilers/Texans) since the late '70s.

The Titans are basically an off brand version of the Ravens. I think their best play is what teams did to us last year: keep the ball away from Lamar.

They can win IMO but it will take their best effort.

Fun fact:

Texans have a negative point differential this seasons. Teams with a negative point differential are 0-7 in the Divisional round of the playoffs absolutely and they are 1-6 against the spread.
