Other than maybe McKinnon who can't stay healthy and handle a huge workload, I have zero doubt that he's our best all around back.

That says a lot about our RB room too, but I think it's obvious.

I think we saw a lot more of what the coaches were seeing in practice tonight. He gives them a threat off tackle and on outside zone that they haven’t had the past 2 years.

Me likey.

Yes he's over-eager. He's effort personified and what we all want to see is an effortless talent.

But I mean, even being a try-hard running back who is trying to make the team he has sparks of talent and speed that I've never seen out of our running backs other than McKinnon. He's going to be a weapon one way or another.

Watching RoJo bully his way into the line is...whatever. I'd rather Pacheko make the team than him.

do you guys like my assesment in that he 'pumps when he runs' ...?

I think it's close to professional analysis.

Have they asked Pacheco to return any kicks in the preseason? Or is he now too valuable to risk on kick return duties?

no Marc I mean he bobs his body every ten steps or so - like he's pumping or something. It's sort of hard to explain but you can see it if you really watch him straight line run.

I don't love him TBH. I don't get a warm fuzzy off of his reps. I just don't see it I guess -maybe I need to watch more of the game first, but so far from what I've seen, anyway.
