Winter storm Blair
How is Blair affecting you and yours? I put heat lamps in both of our wells and put those square styrofoam boxes over all outside spigots. Extra blankly on me beehive.
Daughter is driving from Manhattan home to garden city. Almost home. Will be a relief when she gets here.
Will have to water a few animals by hand.
Looks like the hutch area could get a LOT of ice. More than an inch.

Took my wife to work in a truck with a heavy work box and equipment in the back. The main roads were pretty good but the side roads were an ice rink. That was expected as they were untreated.

Winter: no bugs, cheaper utilities, no gas bill, don't sweat, get to enjoy the outdoors without freezing, fire pits and cold beer. Winter is my favorite thing about living in Florida. I do have to mow 3-4 times from September through April, so I guess you got us there. We don't have to shovel snow though, so that's a win.

Its getting worse, ice building. Had hoped the move to snow would be underway but the misting seems worse.

Been freezing drizzle in central KS since about 9 this morning and we still haven't seen any snow. Snow is a nuisance but this ice stuff can piss off

Random. Some areas salt, they were squirting brine today in some areas. Pretty slap dash on side streets. Lots of issues with cars parked on streets. KC city is poorly run overall and people seem to just accept it.
