I don't think there's anything like it between regular season and playoffs.

A week 5 prime time game at Arrowhead is still pretty damn great, even if the playoffs are more electric.

Playoff hockey is amazing, but there's still plenty of sold out arenas and excitement as you get later in the regular season.

Regular season baseball is like going to a picnic.... a random regular season game is closer to going to a Spring Training game in Surprise than it is to playoff baseball. A lot closer.

I went to several playoff games in 2014/2015 and held back tears a couple times during my first playoff game at the K, as I have been going to games since the late 80s and hadn't ever seen anything like it. It was ****ing magical.

Cheapest ticket next week is $172 at the K and then up to $250.... yikes, miss those $30 playoff tickets in 2014.

Great to feel excited about baseball again. Royals in the ALDS wasn't on the radar this year.

Here's the Royals radio call from Fred White the old WIBW and K-State play by play man. What a blast that was.

I would call myself more than just a casual fan, but playoff baseball has a different feel to me than playoff football.

I don't know if I've just been conditioned to expect the Chiefs to win so I don't get overly emotional or what the case may be.

Watching the Royals in the playoffs is different. It really is kind of an addictive feeling.
