Not sure how that could be true. We’d still be up 2 games with a mostly cupcake schedule compared to anyone else who would have a shot.

We don't have a cupcake schedule. No BYE weeks remaining and many games over a short amount of days in December. Plus, the divisional opponents that always play us tough.

So here’s the question/key:

Can the Chiefs connect with Worthy downfield when the Bills go single high?

You hit one big play downfield to him and it’s going to really disincentivize teams from playing anything but 2-deep zones.

If we lose two games and Bills win out, we would be tied and Bills would get the #1 seed. However, the Bills play the best team in the NFL (Chiefs), then 49’ers, Lions and then some shit teams (Patriots twice, Jets, Rams). I’d say even if we lose this game + 1 more, good odds Bills lose at least one more game somewhere and we would be the 1 seed.

So, not worried but let’s crush their souls today anyway.

I doubt they do. Apparently they live in nickel.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

We should be able to take advantage.

Possibly, but only if the left side of the line decides not to collapse today

Why are we assuming the Bills end up 15-2?

A win is ****ing huge.

A loss... meh, far too much left to be decided.

And then even if they were to lose the 1 seed to the Bills, who is assuming they beat potentially whoever doesn't win the AFCN in Buffalo?

There's very little to worry about with a loss, IMO... weird shit happens every season despite thinking we have it all figured out in November.

Their LB's suck baows and can't stop the run either.

No stupidity or Hardman-level head scratchers and we should land a comfortable win...

The entire AFC quietly decided to take a step back this year. Raven's D is dogshit. Bills D took a huge step back and their offense isn't what it once was. Bengals passed out head first in a urinal....

I've thought this for weeks.

Pat not connecting with him has kept people in the short to intermediate zones, makes it easier to not allow a long run and harder for Trav and Hop to find space.

So when Pat says if he had connected on those that the offense would look totally different, he def means that it changes what the defense is doing and opens other things up.

He's gotta start hitting those shots.

To do that we've gotta' have our LT not immediately lose the rep.
