I used to deep fry every year. Last year I switched to a Big Easy air fryer. Best idea ever. 97% as good without the hassle, mess, danger and $30 in oil.

I will do a mix with horseradish, worcestershire and ketchup for a steak sauce. To each his own, I try not to judge.

Buzz I will make note and try to find in my Aldi. My Aldi now has regular 1 lb pork sausage and new Hot pork sausage. Also Italian sausage have not tried yet but the hot breakfast sausage is good but mild like most a shake or two of red pepper flakes helps. Now if the can get a sage and im set.
