Seeing as Bearcat banned me from the KU basketball thread for daring to use statistics to dispel the constant trashing of the team’s best player this year by far, I’ll need somewhere to put my thoughts for this year’s tournament.

In sum, the committee screwed KU again. Their resume (and wins) should have had them at at least a 6 seed and maybe even a 5. Arkansas is also the toughest matchup they could have had among possible opponents and KU matches up horribly against them (stay tuned as to why).

As far as the rest of the tournament goes, I’m picking Houston to win it all and Kentucky (fraud) to lose in the first or second round.

Houston got Duked there. Commanding lead and you squander it and lose in embarrassing fashion

That almost looked like the Houston/Puke game. One team was better for most of the game. Then the other team just took it from them at the end.

Why would I celebrate a program that’s inferior to Kentucky? One that I did not attend nor comes anywhere close to being as close to Kentucky as the golden standard of the sport?
