But to address your question about a signature being rejected by PSA as non-authentic, since it is ebay, you can basically just file a return stating the item was not as described and they'll allow it. Ebay actually normally has an authenticity guarantee program for cards, but this one did not qualify as it wasn't a high enough dollar value sale to meet the minimum ($250 if I remember correctly).

I have a 1985 World Series ball autographed by George Brett & Bret Saberhagen. I bought a 2015 World Series ball that I would love to get Salvy to sign someday. |

Some of my bargain shopping for the past couple days.
$2.25 + shipping Welcome to the club buy. https://www.ebay.com/itm/186622616370 $1.62 + shipping Wondering what the damage will actually be on it. But a Kelce /25 for under $2 I can't pass up https://www.ebay.com/itm/166666368380 $12 + shipping Looks a bit off centered on the back. But I'm a sucker for Phoenix White Shimmer. https://www.ebay.com/itm/226313716716 |

35 years later I finally posted about my 1989 Fleer #616 Billy Ripken FF cards (5) and got a bite in less than 5 minutes. I probably missed the peak window to sell, but it's better than sitting around gathering dust.

Not sure. Maybe Rashee really doesn't care about it.
The seller seems to have a ton of game used stuff though. I'm thinking he won a few auctions on Metabilia and is now flipping them for profit. This is a game used ball from Germany last year signed by RR. Ends in 2 days and is at $575 https://metabilia.io/platforms/igi/items/2/125967 |

You'd think the first TD ball would be special.
I was just browsing the other items. They even have a PMII ball from the broken helmet game. |
