*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

I’m just saying I will take Mahomes throwing more INTs if it means throwing more TDS.

We’ve seen what conservative quarterbacking gets you.

Whats the point of the playoffs if you're just going to lose the first game 95% of the time anyway, at least Mahomes will be ****ing fun to watch. Alex Smith is by far the most boring QB to watch in the league.

Just more evidence to verify that Alex should have his locker cleaned out and his bags packed so he can catch a flight to whichever team gives us the best offer. Andy can sugar coat it all he wants but the time is now for the new era to begin in Kansas City!

Maybe Arizona gives us their second pick and a player for Alex.

its possible ...sure...i still think cleveland's 33 or 35 would be too tempting to pass up unless that player were a great fit

the metrics say to go for it quite a bit on that distance because punting is kind of worthless and kicking a FG is so low % that actually the best % is going for it from that 'grey' area

Not sure why I just realized this but we ended up giving 2 1st round picks in the 27th pick range fro Mahomes.

That's damn near 2 second rounders.

I don't even look at it as "two" first round picks. It was really just one and a 3rd.

Gruden blows smoke at all of the bums he does these for, but his attitude and words here are markedly different

Chuckie would sell his mom to the devil if he could trade Carr for Mahomes
