It'll come. And when JJSS comes back, the middle of the field will finally be open for business. All those anticipation routes over the middle from quick slants to skinny posts will become a regular part of the offense again.

Also, for those that dislike all the gadget plays we've been seeing in the RZ, well, we're going to see less of that kind of thing as DHop gets fully integrated into the offense. It won't completely go away, as I really believe that both Andy and the players like running those plays, but the need to do them will decline.

I didn't realize they were dropping a bunch of passes. I mean Skyy Moore did, but I can't remember a ton of dropped passes.

He’s going to be running drag option routes all day…. Once they go man to man he’s running slants. He’s probably going to do sigh adjustments. He is a professional WR the best we have had.

You are about to see what a HOF WR can do with Mahomes. It will be different from reek. Because Hopkins never gotten open with speed.

There haven't been many drops. Last season of course it was a problem. The worst drop this year was Juju in the end zone which resulted a Khalen Saunders INT. You could also argue that was on Mahomes for throwing it behind him a little. But yeah drops aren't the main issue with this WR core. It's been injuries. Last year they were healthy but lacked talent.

His presence was felt. Big 3rd down catch on the opening TD drive. Another big catch to help setup a FG at the end of 2nd quarter. And he drew some coverage to help Kelce.

He looked damn good when in. They really did not play him much this game.

Once they get him involved in the offense. We are really going to take off. Don't think Mahomes has ever had a receiver that just catches everything thrown his way.

I believe Hopkin will develop into his 3rd down go to. Even Kelce seems to drop some easy ones that leave you shaking your head.

I really hope we get to see the fireworks offense in the playoffs we all thought we would.

Hopkins
Worthy
Hollywood
JJSS
Watson

I mean…paired with this defense I’m not sure how anybody is going to be able to keep it close.
