I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.

KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.

One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future.

Jake certainly hasn't had a good shooting night, but he's done a good job of hitting the big shots when we needed him to.

I wish we were ahead by more, but assuming we win this game, I'm not too worried about it. Jake hasn't been shooting well, Dominique didn't play hardly at all in the first half and we've made the plays when it counted. Hopefully we play better than this on Monday, we're going to need to if we don't wanna get run out of our own house.

Dammit, we gotta win this one first though lol

Some of you might disagree with me, but I never had that feeling that CU would beat us in this one and although it was a lot closer than I would have liked it, we did what we needed to do. Here's hoping we play a lot better on Monday.
