Less than 24 hours away from players agreeing to terms with new teams, here’s where we stand (only including players of consequence):

QB - Mahomes
RB - Pacheco, Elijah Mitchell
WR - Rice, Worthy, Hollywood, Remigio
TE - Kelce, Gray, Wylie
LT - Jaylon Moore
LG - Kingsley
C - Creed, Nourzad
RG - Trey
RT - Taylor, Wanya

Wouldn’t have a problem with the middle two. Yes all day on Charles O and yeah if they can’t bring back Wentz, Lock would definitely be fun to watch if Reid could get the most out of him.

Bears didn’t RFA tender LB Jack Sanborn. For vet minimum he’d be worth a shot to make camp competitive for a backup spot. Nothing special

Yeah I wasn’t that impressed but Andy had good things to say about him. But that was before he didn’t play well in week 18. I would like to think with the starters he would look better. Pretty bare market for a decent backup QB

Seen enough of Wentz to know he shouldn't be a back up for Mahomes..... just in case a back up is needed.
I would prefer Lock for Wentz

I think it's time to start grooming young guys and flipping them for picks like Andy used to do in Philly.

Mahomes does not need a veteran back-up at this point.

we're not going anywhere if he goes down anyway. Let's get some young guys in the system, ball out in pre-season, and flip them for #2 picks like Andy used to do.

It’s nice not having to carry a 3rd on the 53 so with that it’s been so easy to go with a veteran and undrafted FA for #3 and be on the ps. Or maybe try to get a trey lance. In general I agree it’s just a bit more complicated if they only carry two. But the Philly years that’s how he did things most the time was groom and trade them
