LNBS: Dalvin Cook having amazing start w/ 288 yards rushing. Hunt has 401.

Just... let that sink in, mother****ers.

It is unbelievable what this kid is doing.

Having a guy run this well is going to benefit Mahomes immensely when he takes over. The defense can't stack the box, and the defense can't go dime all game either.

He also has 137 yards in the air, too. Guy is just the complete package.

KC has been blessed at RB, man. We had Priest Holmes who had a HOF streak of about four years or so. Larry Johnson set the league on fire for a couple years.

Charles came in and, in my opinion, blew both of them away with his elite speed, versatility and fundamentals.

I think Hunt could somehow end up being the best of the bunch. He lacks Charles' elite speed but he has every bit of Charles' and Holmes' fundamentals, along with Holmes' nose for the end zone. None of them have his ability to shed tackles, though. My god. And he's surrounded by superior weapons than all three enjoyed.

Sky's the limit. This guy is a blast.

Damn..

What's worse: 15 years without a playoff berth or 23 years without a playoff win?

They also went 15 years between playoff berths. Not 15 years between playoff wins but 15 years without a playoff appearance.

15 years.
I am older than you, and I appreciate the greatness of Jamaal Charles.

Dismissing him because he played on shit teams is shortsighted.

I feel bad for Bills fans. It's been 17 years since they have made the playoffs and it's looking like it might be 20 before they get back.

They look like the best in the east whenever Brady is done.

They are probably in contention for the WC. They beat Donk (**** Donk Forever) and if they can get 4 on the fish and the LOL I mean Jets, they ought to have as good of shot as anybody.

Kareem Hunt is the best Chiefs RB I've seen period.

At the pace he is going, dude will not only set records but smash them at will.

He is the most balanced RB I've seen. He has everything you could ask for in RB. The dude is elusive and makes people miss in the open field, he runs tough and isn't afraid to throw a stiff arm or two in the open field. He is a good north, south runner and bulldozes over guys in that process. He could cutback just as good as Charles. He doesn't have the patience or vision like Priest but damn he could hit the open hole with more aggression and explosion.

But more importantly I like his build. He is like a hybrid prototype of Marshan Lynch/Jamaal Charles. He doesn't have the speed like Charles but he ain't that far off. He runs tough like Marshan Lynch and has the body build to take the pounding for those tough short north, south yards. I think he could handle 20-25 touches per game. And lastly, **** Charcandrick West. He could go.

You appear to not have seen Jamaal Charles run the ball.

I mean the kid has vastly exceeded my expectations, and I'm thrilled. But come on man.

I've seen Charles play.

Watch the cutback run he did against San Diego for a 69 yard TD, it was beautiful and just as good as Charles. I'm not saying he is as fast as Charles but when hits the open field, he could be just as explosive and nobody has proven to catch him except McCourtey.

Hunts speed gets better during his running progressions.

Once he blows by a guy in the open field, its like he changes gears and that is mainly due to his ability to accelerate; which is damn good. At least I've noticed that his speed gets to a new level the more he runs further down field. What he doesn't have on Charles is that first step of explosiveness. Jmo.

The only thing he has on Prime Charles' ability to run through arm tackles. But it's somewhat offset, but Charles' agility to make dudes miss. Over time fumbling will probably be better than Charles, but like I posted earlier, he's on pace to have the same number of fumbles as Charles' worst year.

Everywhere else, Charles was better. That's not to say he isn't a very pleasant surprise or that he can't improve, but you're off base man. Prime Charles was a different species of human than the rest of the guys on the field.

Hunt will not keep up this pace. It's not even a reasonable expectation.

If he does, it will be the best season by any RB in the history of the NFL.

The guy is 'on pace' for over 2000 yards on 250 carries.

He hardly did anything. I don’t even think he was touched.

If you want to claim a rookie is better than Jamaal ****ing Charles after 3 games then you’re going to have to point to something other than that run.
