He's so scared we will bail if we have a crappy season.
The Vikes QB is gonna be great in his first trip to Arrowhead. He sucks already, and Arrowhead has a good streak with QB's on their first trip there.

This week would be the perfect week to start Croyle.

I see Huard starting the home opener. He will do a better job of running the check down offense and our Defense will create some big plays. I see us winning.

Then we go to San Diego and keep it close for awhile, then lose big. Huard sucks bad. Fans once again scream for a change at QB.

We then start Brodie Croyle back at Arrowhead against Jacksonville where we have six of the next eight games at home.

As much as I would rather see Brodie start next week. I think this is the plan and has been since shortly after the 3rd preseason game. Obviously the Chiefs braintrust Carl, Herm, and Curl (shudder) thought Damon would do a better job.

Theres a reason he was always hurt and on the sidelines in Alabama. He's too small to play in the NFL. While he may have an arm, it takes more then a strong arm to be a good quarterback.

While I may be wrong about this, I wanted to toss out my 2cp while I can. So that if they day eventually comes too where I could say I told ya so.

I also don't think Huard is the answer either. To be honest w/ ya'll I dont think the QBotF is on our team, nor do I know who it is.
Allow me to sum up for you, Mr. Craqhead.

You don't know much.

Croyle could already have 2 games under his belt.

But he doesn't. Because we'd rather groom a 34 yr old loser.

How are we gonna get 6 wins and draft between 12 and 18 with a rookie qb?

Silly boy

Croyle looked like a different QB on sunday.

He was accurate, made good decisions, and made quick decisions. Three things he didn't display in the preseason. It was also obvious that when he came in there he made something happen.

I'd start him this week. The Vikings offense is garbage and our defense at home can keep us in the game even with a few mistakes...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Anybody think we resemble the Chargers right now? Press up on the line of scrimmage to stop our fantastic running back and force the crappy QB to win the game? Neither Rivers or Huard are really handling it very well. Huard wouldn't be so bad if he didn't turn around and immediately throw the ball to our FB out of the backfield in the flats. Cries of the Chief nation, "Put in our great savior Croyle". Didn't we start 0-2 last year with an even worse team?

Everybody says Croyle is too small yet those same people are also saying we should draft Colt Brennan who is 190 pounds.

Hilarious

Sounds reasonable vs Minn. I figured GB but
with Jags and bad D Cincy team that might be good home games as well.

bring him in when SD is burying us for experience.
