Well piss and shit.

I got home late so I patted a couple hamburgers and mixed in a bunch of shit the wife doesn't like. They ****ing fell apart on the grill.

I think there is a patty press in my future.

I essentially ate sloppy joes with cheese. FML

Skip the press and get a 4.5" ring mold. The presses are a PITA.

just started this, and it makes a nice burger. I used to use one of the ridged molds to prevent plumping.

I poke a small hole all the way through the burger, in the middle of the burger. They don't plump, and the expansion as it cooks closes the hole. I use the back end of a wooden spoon, so it's very small.

Has anyone tried Claussen's Hot and Spicy pickles? They are freaking HOT!!! My lips and tongue were numb for 30 minutes after eating just one quarter spear.
