Dating all the way back to last year, when mahomes slow drives it some dumbass WR made a stupid ass mistake. Frustration of killing beautiful long drives.

When he goes deep the WR makes a dumb as shit adjustment.
A mistake on a big shot kills drives because we now need all 3 downs to get a simple first down
And now mahomes is afraid to throw it deep which makes it harder to throw the ball short
And now to boot he has even worse protection than last year

Mahomes needs help to get right and it sucks that injuries will keep him from getting that. I don’t know why we put him through that bullshit in the first place because without a doubt it is still in his head

Meh. This offense could become really hard to watch without Rice, Brown, and Pacheco for a significant period of time. I don’t think this is a welcome wake-up call at all. This is just a horrible turn of events.
