*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

I see your line of thinking, but I'm not sure you can ever put a cap on which QBs are going to be competing for SB bids, especially over an 8-10 year span.

The 2018 QB class could present more top notch options at the QB position. I personally don't want to drink the Kool-Aid on it just yet, but there are some nice prospects.

I just hope Pittsburgh doesn't get a good one, or Denver, or the Chargers. They all may be in line to look at those QBs.

Don't worry, I'll get right on that bullshit calculation, right after I add in the "hidden touchdowns" to Smith's stat line.

Denver has a ton of draft picks next Spring. I think that they will try to use them like we did.

Fortunately teams won't trade out of picks due to the hype of the 2018 class.

Just because some of the older elites are moving on does not necessarily guarantee a place for a QB who is better than bad.
