You might be cooking on too high of a heat, no cheese on the grill, it did shot a few streams of juice as I turned them. That was on charcoal, I can't get enough grilling on charcoal, just had it and would plow again. |

Just the wife and I, I don't have a separate freezer. I'm doing good to eat the food on hand before it get's freezer burnt. It was a good deal though. |

I get it. You're slyly coaxing Claynus into an aneurysm. I like it!!

hot dogs. Dillons (Kroger) has some new house brand all beef dogs made with brisket. Delicious.

Beef hot dogs? But it's a hot dog. If I wanted beef, I'd have a burger.

Kobe beef dog with pulled pork and coleslaw from a place called Botsky's in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
The quality of the hot dog and bun were outstanding. This is the third time I've eaten here in about as many years, and every time they've been good. The one thing I'd say is that I'm going to stop ordering any bbq meats (in this case pulled pork) from places that aren't specifically bbq restaurants. It's never really great. This place had a ton of good toppings to choose from, and I feel like subpar pulled pork and slaw really downplayed a good hot dog and bun. The Envie was bomb, though. First beer since mid January. |
