Try low carb tortillas. I've been buying low carb tortillas from Wal Mart. Think they have five carbs in them. They come in eight a package for $3. Not quite regular tortilla quality but I'm down 30+ lbs and I eat several a week. It gives me my tortilla fix. |

Pineapple is the WORST fruit to eat when dieting. It is a sugar loaded mini bomb.

The brat looks great. Really like the carmelized or grilled onions

EXACTLY! Just like you don't go to Ruth Chris or Morton's or Capital Grill and order chicken or fish. I really liked Central BBQ in Memphis on my drive cross country last month. Ordered chopped pork sandwich and one sausage link. Pork was great but the sausage link was way too greasy and didn't finish it.

The amount of carbs in that little bit of pineapple is probably less than 10g. It's not a super serious diet, I'm just trying to shed some winter lbs. I'm finding success in moderation and not exclusion.

I wasn't throwing stones just asking. The grilled onions look amazing. I'm just not a mustard guy.
I think I may run some peppers, onions and jalepenos on some brats. That sounds pretty good all of the sudden. As far as me, it depends on what kind. The kind that have been my vice as of late (slovacecks) - nothing. Others I usually run cheese with and maybe baste them in BBQ sauce on the grill. |
