I hope so.

I want to draft Brohm next year or Brennan but in order to do that we need to see if Croyle can do it.
I would rather see Croyle succeed and use the pick on something else of need next year, whether that is OL or a defensive player.

I don't want to be bored to tears when I go to the home opener so Brodie better be in next week.

I'd almost welcome a 3 pick game from Damon so we can quit wasting time.

I'm gonna post this reguardless of being a newb to this board. Croyle is not the QB of the future, imho.
Theres a reason he was always hurt and on the sidelines in Alabama. He's too small to play in the NFL. While he may have an arm, it takes more then a strong arm to be a good quarterback.

While I may be wrong about this, I wanted to toss out my 2cp while I can. So that if they day eventually comes too where I could say I told ya so.

I also don't think Huard is the answer either. To be honest w/ ya'll I dont think the QBotF is on our team, nor do I know who it is.

Since when is 6'2 206 lbs to small to play QB?

But even if he is or isn't, would you like to find out rather than just everybody guessing?

I would.

I thought it would be better if Croyle got to start on the road just incase he threw an int, and he wouldn't have to hear the booos. Croyle gives us the best chance to go down field and score TDs, and win games.

There is a reason why Huard has been a back up QB for 11 years.
At what point in a guys 11 year as a back up does he say I want to be a starter trade me to a team that I can compete for a starters spot?

We Chief fans should be exited to have Croyle as our QBOTF and hope it is very soon. HELL YEA!!!

Our division is stacked with QBOTF. We have to get our selves ready to compete against those teams for the long hall. Rivers, ****ler, JR, and Croyle, years of exiting bang your head football.

You know a cool fact about them 3 of them are from the state of Alabama. River, Russell, Croyle all grew up in Bama.

Give it to my adopted chief CARL

I really think that Carl is the one forcing the Huard call. Herm has been known for giving the new guy his chance. I think Herm wants Croyle in. He just needs to stand up and do what's right for the team and not Carl's wallet.

To Crackhead....Tom Brady was a strand of pasta coming out of Michigan. Not all QBs look like Daunte Culpepper.

I kind of think Huard will start against the Vikings. But if we lose, it'll be Croyle time. I would start him now. We have nothing to lose. Even if Huard does end up playing well finally this year, it'll be only good enough to get us to at best 8-8. This season should be for rebuilding, not keeping the fans in the stands, Carl. He's so scared we will bail if we have a crappy season.
