Teedubya getting after it

Take that, Chiefs.

http://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments...n_me_to_get_a/

The KC Chiefs just blocked me on Twitter. LOL Last night, I tweeted that for the 4th year in a row, the Chiefs are at the bottom of salary cap spending and that the owner, Clark Hunt, is hoarding cap dollars. The Chiefs commitment to mediocrity has made me not care much about being a fan... They responded with this DM.
http://imgur.com/7VbfJ
I responded that it is good to know that the KC Chiefs have an immature teenager running their social media.
I, as a fan for my whole life of nearly 40 years, who have never seen the Chiefs in a Superbowl, nor have I seen a playoff win in nearly 20 years, nor have I seen a QB drafted in the last 27 years... I have a right to be pissed. The Kansas City Chiefs have no right to be pissy toward the fans. We are the ones paying your salaries. Shame on you, Chiefs. Oh, and congrats on 50 years of being in KC. 10 years of greatness, followed by 40 years of pathetic profiteering.

It sucks they blocked you reddit but, we are about to have to start spending per the new cba. Everyone has to follow the cap minimum rule which starts at 90% and steadily goes up. This starts next year I think. Remember, Hunt was one of the main guys doing the negociating on behalf of the owners so it seems like he is for spending money.... However, i can't explain why we haven't spend the excess cash this year. Hopefully we will lock Albert up soon.

Or go 5 - 11, let Albert walk and draft a LT with the 6th, 7th or 8th overall pick passing up Bray or Wilson.

The salary floor was implemented with the Chiefs and Bucs being named as culprits not spending league money designated for players salaries. I'm sure Clark left himself some "outs" on the amount he can skim from this side. Didn't he state just the other day the NFL cap number reported for the Chiefs was wrong?

So proud of all you angry Chiefs fans.

"Your choice to be a fan."

Wow.

I know that Lamar and Carl take heat on this board, and rightfully so in some instances.

But this new regime has gone the **** out of their way to alienate the fanbase, media and employees and focus on ridiculous shit instead of winning football games.

Empty stadium? Let's charge $200+ dollars a seat in an area that provides you with no extra amenities other than being able to avoid weather. And then blame "the economy".

Need to take a piss, media? We'll be escorting you to the bathroom.

Your office face the practice field? Those blinds better be ****ing closed, or else.

Ticket takers and parking attendants get paid jack shit, but had always been comped tickets as a perk of the job. Not anymore.

Want to take a picture of the practice facility? Even if the team isn't practicing? Expect a security guard to demand you delete the picture, or he'll confiscate your camera.

Over age 40 and work for the team? Enjoy being systematically fired.

Rooms bugged, cell phones bugged, dozens of employees referring to working in fear, being intimidated.

Secret service guys roaming the sidelines, Chiefs employees making snarky comments on social media.

All leading to a 21-28 record.

Yep, it's my choice to be a fan, and I can guaran-god-damn-tee you that I won't spend another penny on this franchise until this regime is gone.

You hired an asshole, Clark - and he's making your franchise look even more inept than it did when your father ran things.
