As far as I'm concerned, the trade of a 3rd and 6th for Toney was a great trade. His punt return in the SB was a game changer. I'm not so tired of winning SB's that I've become blaise about a SB win not being as good as a 3rd/6th picks. Lets dont get too far into the weeds that we forget to just enjoy and appreciate this golden era of Chiefs football together.

Agreed. If someone said we can have the 3rd rounder back but the punt return is taken away from the sb and the game has to finish from that point all over again, would anyone take that? I wouldn't.

Toney showed on the slant last week some of the value he has if we can use it.

I wouldn't either and it's not like Toney has had a career ending injury.

I never thought he would be a reliable WR1 chain mover game after game. Too injury prone. But there is still plenty of possibilities for explosive plays at some point. Hopefully Andy's strategy of limited snaps now pays off later.

Yeah I think a lot of us figured expecting Toney to be a number one was a little optimistic.
