At what point do you move Thuney out to LT?

I know we get weaker at two positions, but right now its A+ at LG and F- at LT. If we can get both positions to a C grade it's much better.

Is there a specific rule against using one of those tackling dummies at LT? Because it would be a lot cheaper than Wanya, but just as "effective".
