Andy Reid is a terrible head football coach

Andy Reid got depantsed in the Super Bowl by Bruce Arians.

Bruce ****ing Arians and Tom ****ing Brady.

Well, you see, Andy Reid is an offensive genius, and how dare we question Andy Reid's genius in not running the ball and not utilizing the screen pass in the face of an epically brutal pass rush, a patchwork offensive line and a QB with a hurt toe?

How dare we question his geniusness?

Blocking is atrocious, but the entire offensive execution has been exactly that : atrocious. Receivers dropping passes off the hands, blown blocks by everyone, missed reads by the QB, fumbles by the RBs, terrible play calling...plenty of blame to go around.

And that is a huge problem. Run the ball Andy and then utilize play action. That's literally what this team did last year when it played well...
To be fair I'm sure we planned on running more against Pitt and SD but we got behind so fast we really didn't have a choice.

That number will drop significantly now that Charles is back.

I really don't get the fans/media blaming Dorsey for Andy's bad coaching. Look at all of the goddamn talent Dorsey has provided Andy for his offense.
Andy had to have Alex and it was decided before Doesey was even interviewed.

Andy ****ed Dorsey out of two 2nd rd picks and a 3rd to build this offense around his precious Alex and Dorsey has still provided him with as much surrounding talent as any offense in the entire league.

It's time for Andy to pull this offense out of it's own ass and start producing, and if it fails, then Andy needs to admit failure and get a new QB.

Maclin and Kelce were probably Reid selections.

But the OL sucks. Durrrrrrrr

...

... anyway, this is probably the best receiving talent on the roster since the Vermeil era. Maclin is better than EK, Kelce is a good TE (though not in the TG stratum, obviously) and Conley brings just as much to the table as Marc Boerighter did in the early 2000s.

There's no excuse for this horrible level of offensive performance.

Pederson is taking a rookie QB and taking the league by storm putting up good numbers leading his teams to wins.

Running the same offense essentially.

Alex Smith is a 10+yr veteran who's started pretty much his whole entire career, with exception to his rookie season and Kaepernick eventually taking over during his last season w/ SF.

He's been in Reid's offense going on 3 yrs now...again a 10-yr veteran QB.

You tell me where the problem lies. (yes Reid and his shitty ass play calling deserves much blame too).

The weakness in this is in shutting down both the run and short passing game you must rely on deep passes to keep the chains moving...
Another dirty little secret that is absolutely "essential" in allowing the WCO to be amazingly effective is you must have an amazing O-line or at least a good o-line of which we do not. Our o-line is below mediocre IMO. On a scale of 1 to 10 we are a 5 when it comes to run blocking and a 2 when it comes to pass blocking and collectively it comes out to be a 3.5 overall. I assure you Alex has NEVER trusted any of his Chief o-lines since he has been here and he doesn't trust them now and it is showing for sure.

I have never been sold on Reid/Dorsey's group of guys for our o-line.

Philly has an o-line. O-line is our first problem and play calling a close 2nd I would agree.
