The 10pm thread (archived)

The big anti-hijack thread.....
Talk about anything, but if this works than we don't have to keep looking around all the threads to see who is still on tonight, and every night, or even every day! Talk about the chiefs, talk about tomorrow, talk about football, politics or even how to do flooring and the applicable budget. What you're drinking, how hard it is to sleep, etc. Every thing is acceptable in this thread.....

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldcloc...om.html?sort=2 see for yourself, it is ten o'clock somewhere.

Oddly, I have no recollection of that. I'm going to go ahead and say it didn't happen.

I'm sitting around $6k right now, most of that is business related expenses from last year. I should be able to cut that in half by the end of this year. Hopefully, anyway.

Yes, I know. But then I have to pay all utilities, trash, lawn care, maintenance, taxes...... I know I'd have equity. I just can't afford much more than a money pit off of what I make.

Wasn't trying to put you down, was trying show there are better alternitives out there.

Living in debt and not climbing out is worst than living in debt and slowly coming out of it.

Eh, I do alright. Extreme southside location. I live 5 minutes from work. I use little gas. I have enough left over to play a little. I just know me, and the type of house that would be up to my standards is one that I couldn't afford. It's all good. I'm happy with things right now.
