Tried to warn you guys about cincy fans. You miss out on a lot of common details like teams resting their starters when you hibernate for most of the season.

Ways to make the AFC playoffs:

1. Don't lose to the Patriots Week 1

2. Get a head coach who can actually do his ****ing job and field a competent team in the first month of the season

3. Don't depend on a team resting their starters to miraculously beat the team you need to lose

HOW COULD THIS HAVE HAPPENED

Does this guy seriously not realize that this was the jets last game of the season and they had no reason to rest anybody? I mean, seriously... Between the meltdown over refs and now this, this fanbase is just another level. I dont think ive ever heard this much noise let alone barely any about resting starters. This is batshit crazy that they seriously have no understanding of how this works. Tony dungy used to rest starters for SEVERAL games leading up to a playoff bye

Would you fire Andy Reid if he lost Mahomes to injury in a meaningless game on the verge of a 3-peat because of “pride”?
