i can't afford the kitchen aid, would love one though. i have to make my own pork breakfast sausage since its not sold down under. i use the food processor even though its not 'ground' properly. there is something to be said about treating your own meats

I've tried making sausage before and never had anything I thought was really good. This is the best sausage I've made. A little sage-y for my taste, but definitely good. Single grind on the wide hole plate was perfect texture. |
