And I'm here for it. There's definitely an opportunity for him here, and he's not shying away from it.

Hopefully that attitude and a good start will make Pat trust him quickly.

Kingsleys blood first cousin was talked about as a bust his first season and is now one of the best LT's in the league. If this guy was prime Jason Peters we couldn't afford him anyway next year.
Player X takes a team friendly deal and Chiefs profit.

I love being GM.

A Big-time money contract and injury history will shoot down him signing long term. Some team will get him the money. We dont have cap space, even with Veachs cap magic. But, we can certainty use his talents this year.
We have no plans for LT next year.

If he balls out you 100% find a way to bring him back. Tired of Mahomes looking like shit cause he doesn't trust his oline.

Unless there is a better option. You have to shore up the LT position even if you have to over pay.

That is all dependent on how he looks down the stretch though.

Why didn't Trent Williams leave SanFran to protect Mahomes backside?

One of my favorite lowkey parts of the NFL films Super Bowl 58 recap is watching Trent from the sideline scream to his D that Mahomes was going to keep it on 4th and 1 before watching in horror as Mahomes did just that.

Must have been a helpless feeling.

Since we are talking medical stuff here and who's been cleared and rather than start a whole thread on a kicker. The injury report says Schrader is out. Is Butker back tomorrow or did we sign another kicker or is Reid kicking for us? Sorry if this is already been discussed.

Has a history of injury. Its gonna be a tough call. But they'll probably bring him back like you're suggesting.
