According the last broadcast (Chargers/Falcons) it's become a non issue, coaches feel great about it blah blah blah.

Also, he's refusing to get the shot. Guess he doesn't wanna get Taylor'd by the team doc.

Just a reminder that Direckshun went to a single TC practice and declared that McDuffie "wasn't ready".

And after getting called out for such a stupid take, his response was "how many TC practices have you been to?".

Anxious to see him against a real passing game. I think he's gonna be a valuable matchup player for us against guys like Allen and Diggs.

Sneed is your Diggs matchup.

But McDuffie on Davis would be awfully fun to watch.

He's just so smooth and solid. Fun to watch.

I'm excited to see how he fares against, say, Keenan Allen and Stafon Diggs. Those really excellent route-running types that KC has long struggled with.

See, i view Diggs as more of a technician than Davis, which imo, is where McDuffie is going to shine. With his fluidity, technique and IQ i think he's going to be great against your Diggs and Allen types.

I'd wanna see Sneed on Davis as Davis wins with size more than technique compared to Diggs, and Sneed has better size/speed for those more freaky WR's.

I noticed it in his earliest pre-season clips, but his ability to gear up/down is REALLY unique.

It's not necessarily pure stop/start ability, but rather than he can stay in control while staying with guys. They can throw the brakes on for a curl but he's able to stay right with them.

And it's not explosion that does it, it almost looks like footwork. He can just fire his feet really quickly and stay where he wants. It's like his feet have ABS and make those quick little jutters that ABS brakes do to keep him from skidding out of control.

I just think Diggs will be able to body him off more or simply take balls away from him. Diggs is a powerful dude and I don't know that McDuffie can counter that yet.

I just saw that the Faiders are releasing cheap shot artist Jonathan Abrams. I'm so glad to see that he won't be in the Chiefs games to cheap shot our players.

One another note, the Faiders had 3 first round picks in the 2019 draft. The only one remaining is Jacobs and they declined his 5th year option. SMH. That's some crappy drafting. They could have thrown darts at the draft board and done better than that.

I believe Ferrell is still on the team, no?

I remember a couple of years ago, it was Raider week I believe. A reporter asked Gruden about his chances for a wild card spot. He got offended and said something along the lines of winning the division. Of course they lost to the Chiefs, dropped a few more, and didn't even get the wild card spot. That still brings a smile to my face.

Think I agree with Detoxing. Davis is the physical unit. He's not shifty or sneaky and that's the kind of guy Sneed covers well. For all Sneed's abilities he's not a guy who moves smoothly with twitchy guys. That's where McDuffie comes in.

It does feel like we've got some really great options to cover different WRs now.

I think that's why we drafted Williams and Watson.

We had a guy like this on my baseball team growing up. I swear he took 2.5 steps to everyone else’s 1, but he was easily the most shifty, had the highest top end speed, best acceleration and was just a phenomenal defender/base runner. I never understand how he could outrun everyone else top end though. Seemed like so much wasted motion.
