Proud of my boys and the fight they showed to take over the series. We went into OT in game four knowing one mistake could put us in a 3-1 hole. But the guys buckled up and have got better as each period has gone on.

Congrats to the AVS for hanging in there and taking the series to game seven. I think your fifth goal was the very definition of "puck luck". So the sports God's are definitely on your side right now. And sadly you might need them more than ever because of you look at Pete Deboar's record in game sevens (and trust me, we know it very well).....all I can say is go well.

Wow, went to bed after the 2nd and wasn't feeling good about that one... the first was really clunky like a game 1, then tuned in again and it was 3-3..... didn't expect that final score.

No denying that goal was lucky, but G5 was pretty much the opposite for this goal:



I feel like the Hockey Gods have evened things up now, so all's fair in G7.
