KC will force teams to play both run and pass and there will be no answer. If Cleveland comes out dropping 7, look for Clyde to go for 150 and a couple of TD's. KC rolls 30-17.

We're going to see some weird defenses this year against us. Stuff like a three man rush with a zone in the middle and man coverage down field (or vice versa). The only thing I don't see happening is pure Cover 0 with a full house blitz in the game plan, but I can also see a defensive coordinator getting really frustrated and doing it.

If this line plays like we feel they could, it will all be moot no matter what scheme they throw at us. Mahomes with a legit screen and play action option added to his arsenal? *insert Clay Davis shiiiiiiiiiiittt gif here*

Chiefs rolled out a new 4 TE package...which will interesting when teams try the drop 7 approach. Safeties dropping 25 yards back wont work...

The drop 7 is only effective if you have a top 5 DL and can avoid blitzing...The Chiefs OL, now, is very big and should excel at run blocking...they sucked at it last season.

The Alex Smith Chiefs were great in 3 TE sets...and it kind of disappeared when Anthony Fasano left.

This will be a major new (old) wrinkle this year...and if KC can run the ball well, they are going to be hard to beat.
