Y'know, I'm not sure. They're required to distribute funds, but I don't know the rules about when or if they can cut the payout. I'm going to have to look at them to see what they paid out.

Each time they pay their dividend. buy more shares in their reinvestment plan. Your compounding your money at lower levels and if the REIT rises, you profit as well.
