The ones that stayed with the PGA are probably kicking themselves for missing out on the payday |

I would think Monahan has to be out sooner or later. He made this a morals argument and let his stalwarts like Rory go out there day in and day out towing the company line. And how many of those guys left tens or hundreds of millions out there by sticking with the PGA.
In the long run, I think this will be good for golf overall. I'm certainly glad to get a few of the guys back playing regular PGA events but the only ones I really cared about that left were DJ, Koepka and Cam Smith. You gotta think the PGA is going to have something for those guys that turned down LIV and stuck with them, no? If not, we're going to see an all out shit fit thrown by some of them and rightfully so. |

I wonder how this clown covered himself in this deal because the PGA Tour players are gonna want him out immediately. |

Think about how guys like Rory or Rahm feel. They probably got offered a few hundred million each.

One of the more shocking things in recent sports history I think. Hard to believe so many players didn't know about it. Regardless of anything else it's going to be hard to go forward given how so many players got stabbed in the back. The only one who'd have any real power is Tiger though. It's also going to be interesting to see if the Saudis ever try to get involved in something like the NFL. You'd have to think it's coming.

Surely silver-spoon Monahan didn't think he'd get to stay on as CEO of this!! Will be interesting to see how many of the PGA guys that didn't take the LIV pay day sue the PGA tour since they bought into the BS Monahan fed them, stayed put and lost serious $$$.
