I think if I ever have a large quantity of land and an excess of funds, a large ocelot and sloth preserve would be worthwhile.

Think of it as an interactive safari, where you aren't particularly worried about being mauled to death upon exiting your vehicle.

Sloth rape however, is a valid risk and waivers will be required.
